职位描述
1、负责数据中台系统的开发、迭代与维护。支撑大规模数据场景的性能与稳定性；
2、进行系统性能调优，包括数据写入效率、查询响应时间、资源利用率等方面的持续改进；
3、负责线上问题排查与解决，快速定位数据链路异常，保障数据处理的准确性与时效性。
职位要求
1、专科7年以上相关工作经验，或本科毕业及以上学历，4年以上工作经验，计算机及相关专业，有大数据领域开发经验者优先；
2、精通Java，具备扎实的编码和调试能力；
3、熟悉大数据生态组件，具有Spark、Flink、Kafka等项目的实际开发与调优经验。熟悉StarRocks/Doris、ClickHouse等OLAP数据库，有存储优化或高4、并发查询支持经验者优先；
5、具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任心，能承担技术攻关任务，对数据敏感，有较强的逻辑思维能力；
6、有 grouphql/Presto/Trino/StarRocks 等使用或优化经验者优先。
