Guoyi Jindian

Beijing Guoyi Jindian International Culture Communication Group, abbreviated as "Guoyi Jindian Group". Its predecessor, "Guoyi Jindian International Culture Communication Co., Ltd.", was established in 2009. After eight years of continuous development, in 2017, it was officially established as a group with the approval of the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce. The group is mainly engaged in the promotion and service of contemporary art collections, covering calligraphy and painting, coins, porcelain, jade, cloisonné, precious metals, and other fields, forming an integrated industrial system from art creation, packaging and promotion, marketing, collection consultation to after-sales service. Under the group, there are five subsidiaries: Cuiniao Culture Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in e-commerce; Beijing Diancui Gold Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in bank precious metals; Zhongtou Xincheng (Beijing) Holdings Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in investment management; Beijing Bozhong Huidian Culture Communication Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in cultural industry; Beijing Ruipu Chuangying Consulting Service Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in consulting services, as well as more than 120 branches distributed across the country.
