【岗位职责】
1、负责从产品开发到大货量产的全流程品质管控落地，熟悉质量管理体系下的标准流程，确保所有产品符合品牌的标准及国家/行业规范；
2、协助上级对质量管理体系文件（如产品标准、程序文件）等的编写及优化，并对实施过程进行监督与验证，确保体系有效运行；
3、负责开发阶段材料、成品工艺等质量风险的评估验证工作，确保在开发阶段对所有的产品风险问题被识别并推动解决；
4、负责每季大货产品的标识标准的制定，对商品详情页合规性进行审核，定期对业务协同部门进行标准赋能培训；
5、协同QC参与供应商能力评估，跟进负责品类生产过程中出现的异常闭环；
6、及时关注VOC看板，对售后品质问题进行分析总结，并针对性的推动改善；
7、与研发、生产及客服等部门密切沟通，并推动解决跨部门的质量争议，促进质量管理的闭环。
【任职资格】
1、大专以上，40岁以下；具备五年以上服装行业质量保证或品控相关工作经验，有知名品牌或大型服装企业工作经验者优先考虑；
2、熟悉家纺、针/梭织服装的生产流程、工艺要求和面辅料特性，熟悉生产流程；
3、精通服装国家标准（如GB/T系列）及行业标准，了解AQL抽样标准；
4、具备良好的质量风险评估能力，能独立分析并处理生产过程中的质量问题；
5、拥有良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神以及抗压能力，有良好的问题解决能力；
6、熟练使用Office等办公软件，良好的数据分析能力，并能撰写质量标准。
