岗位职责
基于 Java 技术栈负责地理信息系统（GIS）与时空数据相关后端服务的设计、开发、测试与维护，保障系统高可用、高性能、高扩展性。
主导基于 GeoTools 的二次开发工作，实现矢量数据（Shapefile、GeoJSON 等）的解析、转换、空间分析（缓冲区、叠加、拓扑检查等）及业务逻辑落地。
负责 GDAL/OGR 技术在 Java 项目中的集成与应用，完成栅格数（TIFF、DEM 等）的读写、投影转换、裁切镶嵌、金字塔构建等核心功能开发。
参与时空数据建模，结合 PostGIS 空间数据库优化空间索引与空间查询 SQL，解决海量矢量 / 栅格数据的存储、检索与计算性能瓶颈。
对接前端 GIS 可视化组件（如 OpenLayers、Leaflet、Cesium），提供标准化的 GIS 数据接口与空间分析服务接口。
参与技术方案评审，代码走查，编写技术文档与开发手册，推动 GIS 相关技术规范在团队内的沉淀与落地。
任职要求
必备条件
本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、地理信息科学、测绘工程等相关专业优先，2 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验。
熟练掌握 Java 核心技术（集合框架、多线程、IO/NIO、JVM 调优），精通 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等主流开源框架。
具备扎实的 GeoTools 使用经验，能够独立完成矢量数据的解析、空间分析算法开发及数据格式转换工作。
熟悉 GDAL/OGR 的核心功能，掌握其在 Java 项目中的集成方式（如 JNI、GDAL Java Bindings），具备栅格数据处理实战经验。
熟悉 GIS 核心概念，包括空间参考系（WGS84、GCJ02、CGCS2000 等）、矢量 / 栅格数据模型、空间索引（R 树、GIST）等。
熟练使用 PostgreSQL/PostGIS 空间数据库，能够编写高效的空间查询 SQL，具备数据库性能优化经验。
具备良好的编码规范、问题排查能力和团队协作意识，能够独立承担核心模块开发任务。
