深度参与BSS集中项目，负责CRM域核心模块的开发与实现：
1、负责CRM系统功能开发，完成核心功能模块设计与代码实现，系统优化及技术难题攻克，保障CRM系统的稳定高效运行，提升业务处理能力和用户体验。
2、参与接口规范制定，开发高可用RESTful API接口。
3、完成数据交互及性能优化，确保系统响应效率。
4、参与数据库设计与优化，处理百万级数据业务场景。
5、编写技术文档，协助团队解决开发过程中的关键技术问题。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业优先。具有5年以上CRM领域相关工作经验，至少3年以上研发经验，具备黑、吉、辽、山西、天津的CRM经验优先。
2、具备扎实的Java基础，具备优化、调优能力，熟练使用Spring，mybatis，SpringBoot/SpringCloud等主流框架，参与过微服务架构项目、有高并发/分布式系统开发经验者优先。
3、掌握MySQL数据库设计与优化，了解Redis等NoSQL技术。
4、熟悉常用设计模式，具备模块化编程思想。
5、了解Linux基础命令及Docker部署。
