3. 持续优化现有代码库，提高开发效率和产品质量。

5. 完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作。
任职资格:
1. 研究生及以上学历，计算机科学等相关专业。
2. 5年以上后端开发经验，其中至少2年以上架构经验，1年以上大模型应用开发经验。
3. 熟悉后端常用框架和技术栈，如Django、Flask等。
4. 精通 Python，对 Flask、FastAPI 等Web框架有深入了解。熟悉Redis缓存、消息队列（如Kafka/RocketMQ）等中间件，有系统性能调优经验。
5.对 AI智能体（Agent）、RAG、LLM 等关键技术有实际的理解或应用经验。
6. 具有较强的团队协作能力和沟通能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。有较强的ownership和责任心。
7. 对新技术有强烈的好奇心和学习能力，能快速掌握新知识并应用于工作中。
