Data administration of its perimeter management of authorizations:
■ Management of centralized data within its perimeter: Managing centralized data with other members of his team Participation in the development of procedures rules fmanaging this data structures Information support of users on compliance with procedures.
■ Managing application permissions Creating, removing modifying SAP access accounts following global governance managing user passwords when necessary. Operational management with other team members Key Users permissions. Participation in the development of procedures rules fthe management of authorizations. Information support of users on compliance with WW IS procedures.
· Actively participates in the partnership with business interlocutors in its perimeter:
o Proactively assess business needs in terms of strategy business issues
o Make proposals in terms ofganization innovative solutions corresponding to business needs.
o Proactively contributes with EPO/KU to the definition harmonization of processes across sites.
o It actively contributes to this partnership by ensuring, fexample, significant participation in majevents (convention, etc.).
o Manage & support Production, quality processes § following the best practices the IS governance rules & policy Ensuring the core system integrity § Implement solutions with a core system mindset § Align with core processes management Make the support 1st/2nd/3rd level in APAC ·
Incident management based on criticality impact fthe business to ensure a high level of service fthe business · Managing requests finformation supporting all users in managing business processes. (request processing, problem corrections, business advice, ..).
· Management of change requests on applications of its perimeter interface between users those responsible fscalable corrective maintenance.
· Management of the releases of the applications of the cluster, synchronization of internal external teams when delivering a new application in partnership with the Infrastructure team
· Communication to users of applications within its perimeter to inform them of problems in production, their resolutions, ongoing expected maintenance operations, as well as new features available during a new application version. Participates in majdevelopment projects
■ Participates in the test plans definition in testing new applications new versions of applications, especially fnon-regression tests.
■ Participates in the drafting of training materials training set up as part of the launch of a majproject. ·
Develop query BW report basing on the request
Generate Power BI dashboard
Deploy Power BI dashboard to APAC team
· User training in collaboration with Key Users

Having strong knowledge of SAP authorization management SAP material Master data have good knowledge of SAP one function module such as SD, PP, FI, CO, have experience on SAP level1/2 & Know how SAP query/BW power BI is a plus,
Related Experience 相关经历：
At least have 1 full cycle of SAP implementation experience as SAP process consultant independently at least have 1 SAP project working fthe master data management & authorization, know very well of SAP project different phase key milestone.
At least 3 years’ experience focus on SAP process support.
Other non-SAP system support such as OA, HR system…is a plus
