岗位任职资格：
1.电气工程及自动化、机电一体化等相关专业；（应届生985、211院校优先考虑）
2.熟悉PLC硬件与软件，熟悉PLC编程，能够独立进行PLC中小型系统项目设计、编程和施工，熟练使用汇川伺服、信捷伺服、台达伺服、松下伺服等常见伺服，熟练触摸屏；
3.能独立完成自动化项目的编程及调试工作，熟悉自动化控制系统项目的PID图、仪表选型，编制材料清单，拥有工业机器人或三轴机械臂控制经验者优先；
4.熟悉自动化控制系统工程与组态，精通PLC编程及上位机组态，熟练运用CAD或EPLAN等制图软件，熟练使用三菱PLC的编程；
5.熟悉电气自动化相关标准及规范，熟悉项目组态规范、规程的制定和文档模板的标准化，能根据要求绘制电气原理图、电气接线图。
岗位职责：
1.参与新产品策划，项目立项；
2.负责新产品开发，按任务书或客户要求制定自动化项目、自动化工作站关键问题攻关等设计方案编制；
3.负责根据项目的要求进行电气设计：包括绘制电气原理图、电气部件选型、材料统计、BOM编写等；
4.负责根据项目的要求进行软件设计：包括流程的编制、软件编程、调试等；
5.负责组织人员对样机电器部分的安装、调试、问题的解决，负责对项目成员或PLC助理工程师进行培训，解决PLC助理工程师提出的问题与不能解决的问题。
