岗位职责

1.模型部署与服务化

负责将深度学习模型进行工程化落地，与算法工程师对接模型特征处理流程等，与后端业务系统对接API设计与实现确保模型推理服务稳定运行。

2.模型上线的全流程管理

负责模型从离线文件到线上环境的交付，包括模型版本管理、灰度，A/B测试，回滚等。可进行日志分析、指标监控、故障定位与恢复

3.工具与平台化建设

开发模型管理、特征服务、推理框架、监控告警等工具，提高团队整体效率。参与建设算法工程平台，例如任务调度、模型仓库、数据流管理等。

任职要求

1.扎实的工程能力

熟悉python 和常见的框架 fastapi flask docker Kubernetes等

熟悉linux,sql,git 有实际线上部署经验

有监控、指标体系经验 Prometheus、Grafana等。

2.模型落地相关经验

熟悉至少一种推理框架pytorch,onnx ,tesnorRT等

3.较好的沟通能力，能与算法、后端、产品等多方协作。逻辑清晰、责任心强，强执行力，能让模型稳定高效的真正落地。
