岗位职责：
1.参与项目需求调研，实现产品业务分析和设计；
2.根据项目进度要求，完成子系统和模块开发、单元测试和系统联调；
3.参与或负责公司产品/项目关键技术攻关，提升系统稳定性可用性；
4.维护和升级现有软件产品/项目，快速定位并修复现有软件缺陷；
5.项目交付过程中复杂、难点需求的分解和评估，提供方案支持；
6.在按照需求完成编码开发工作的前提下，保证代码风格的规范性和代码质量；
任职要求：
1、熟练掌握Java语言及面向对象设计开发，熟悉常用的设计模式，有良好的代码风格；
2、熟练掌握Spring MVC、Spring boot、Spring cloud、MyBatis、JPA开发框架；3、熟练掌握Mysql/ORACLE开发、数据库原理和常用的性能优化方法；
4、熟悉常用设计模式，熟悉DDD、OO、IOC、AOP等；5、熟悉devops，CICD，GIT等相关流程；
