岗位职责：
1、主导项目开发流程，负责需求分析、方案设计、编码、bugfix等开发工作，
同时组织、协调人手参与重难点开发技术攻关；
2、负责现有系统的维护与优化，结合业务需求引入新技术或改进方案，能独立
完成模块的设计、编码、自测工作，解决开发中遇到的难点问题；。
3、根据公司的项目需求和产品规划，负责软件平台的框架设计、前后端程序设
计、开发及单元测试；
4、根据公司现在技术及框架架构，进行框架调优，及新进技术团队人员的培训，
提高队伍人员的技术水平。
5、能够配合部门灵活安排完成项目后端交付工作，完成个人交付考核要求。
6、有大数据中台开发的相关经验优先
任职要求:
1、5年以上Java后端开发经验及分布式系统/微服务架构设计经验；
2、熟悉微服务架构设计，熟练使用Spingboot、
SpringCloud/SpringCloudAlibaba/Dubbo等进行微服务开发;能对常用技术栈进行
合理应用优化，解决问题。
3、熟悉redis、zookeeper、kafka、elasticsearch等中间件的使用且有实际的使用
场景。
4、精通MySQL数据库架构设计，熟悉分库分表、读写分离等方案，及各类国
产化组件适配方案；
5、掌握容器化技术（Docker/Kubernetes），熟悉云原生架构设计，熟悉业务部
署及调试流程；
6、熟悉设计模式与重构技术，具备优秀的代码质量意识。
