维护属地管理体系运行，确保合规性，应对政府及第三方审核。
2. 风险管控与检查
组织安全隐患排查、危险源辨识与风险评估，监督整改措施落实。
管理特种设备、危险作业（动火/登高/受限空间等），审批作业许可证。
3. 安全培训与演练
开展员工安全教育培训，编写安全交底方案及管理简报。
组织应急演练，处理突发事件及工伤事故调查。
4. 环境与职业健康管理
监督“三废”治理、化学品/危废管理，降低环境污染。
管理劳保用品发放，预防职业病，改善工作环境。
5. 跨部门协作与对外沟通
协调生产、工程等部门解决安全问题，对接安监、环保等政府部门
二、任职要求
1.学历与专业
本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化工或相关专业优先。
2.经验与技能
3-5年以上工厂EHS管理经验（硬性要求），熟悉生产现场安全管控（设备/消防/施工）。
精通国家EHS法规，具备风险评估、事故调查及应急预案制定能力。
熟练使用办公软件，具备较强的文书撰写及跨部门沟通能力。
3.证书要求
持有注册安全工程师（硬性要求）、安全管理员证或ISO内审员证书（ISO14001/45001）
4.语言要求
英语流程沟通（硬性要求，要跟国外同事开会）
