1、本科及以上学历，3年以上Java开发经验，有车联网或流量运营项目经验优先；
2、Java基础扎实，精通I/O、多线程开发、JVM调试以及web开发；
3、深入理解面向对象的编程，熟悉软件开发过程，了解常见的设计模式，了解主流的设计思路和开发模式；
4、熟练使用SpringCloud，SpringBoot，Mybatis，Hibernate等框架进行项目开发；熟悉缓存、消息队列、服务发现等技术，对微服务架构有较深了解，掌握一定的*佳实践经验；
5、熟悉Mysql，数据库优化及SQL优化、Redis、MQ、Spring体系框架等关键技术,掌握关系型数据库的管理与调优，具有分布式或大数据经验者优先;
6、使用过编排工具如k8s及了解容器技术Docker；
7、有Git或其他版本控制工具使用经验；具备强烈的测试意识，掌握测试工具（如Junit）的使用；能熟练使用CI/CD技术；
8、熟悉Linux相关命令操作，掌握apache、nginx等web服务器的配置、性能调优和问题解决；
9、了解敏捷开发流程，具备良好的沟通和学习能力，具有自我管理能力及团队合作精神；
10、需要扎实的基础，拥有良好的编码习惯，具备阅读英文文档的能力；
11、具有非常强的责任心，能够承担压力、做事细心。
