岗位职责
1. 负责公司核心业务系统的 Python 后端开发工作，根据业务需求设计并实现高可用、高性能的后端服务，参与系统架构设计与优化，确保系统具备良好的扩展性和稳定性。
2. 与产品、设计、测试等团队紧密协作，深入理解业务逻辑，将业务需求转化为高质量的代码实现，保障项目按时交付。
3. 负责编写清晰、规范的代码及详细的技术文档，参与代码审查工作，提升团队整体代码质量；持续优化现有系统，解决技术难题，提高系统性能和用户体验。
4. 跟踪行业前沿技术，探索新技术在公司业务中的应用，推动技术创新，为公司业务发展提供技术支持；
5、公司自研产品，不是外包。

任职要求：
1. 3-5年python开发经验，本科及以上学历
2. 精通使用Django、Flask、FastAPI、Tornado等web框架；
3. 熟悉各种Web前端技术，包括HTML5、XML、Ajax、CSS、Javascript、JQuery等
4. 熟练使用Mysql、Postgresql、Mongodb、Redis 等关系型和非关系型数据库。
5. 熟练使用Kafka、ElasticSearch 等消息队列和搜索引擎工具。

加分项：
1. 有大模型API集成经验（OpenAI、文心一言等），了解Prompt Engineering
2. 使用过Embedding技术，熟悉向量数据库（Milvus、Pinecone等）
3. 有分布式系统开发经验，了解服务治理和监控
4. 熟悉CI/CD流程，有自动化部署经验
