1. 经验资质：5-8年专职SAP SD&MM双模块实施与运维经验，独立主导过3个及以上完整全周期落地项目，有制造业、工贸一体化、集团化企业多工厂项目经验者优先，可独立承接双模块全流程工作，无需初级指导。
2. 专业技能：精通SD、MM双模块全套后台配置与核心业务场景，熟练掌握购销存全链路业务逻辑；精通两大模块与FI、PP、QM模块的集成机制，熟悉S4 HANA新特性、新功能；熟练处理委外、寄售、返利、信用管控、批次管理等复杂特殊业务。
3. 业务能力：具备极强的业务调研、需求拆解、痛点诊断能力，可精准将业务需求转化为可落地的系统方案，能平衡个性化业务需求与系统标准化管控，具备独立攻坚复杂系统、业务疑难问题的能力。
4. 项目能力：熟练掌握SAP标准实施方法论，具备独立模块统筹、项目进度管控、风险预判能力，可独立完成调研、设计、配置、测试、上线、培训、运维全流程交付，保障项目高质量落地。
5. 综合素养：逻辑思维严谨、数据敏感度高，具备优秀的甲方对接、跨部门沟通协调能力，抗压能力强、责任心重，具备良好的客户服务意识与项目交付思维。
6. 加分项：持有SAP官方SD/MM认证证书；掌握基础ABAP调试能力，可高效对接开发团队；具备集团SAP标准化体系搭建、数字化转型专项优化经验；熟悉精益供应链、业财一体化体系。
