岗位工作地点：嘉兴桐乡市乌镇镇
岗位职责
1.负责公司JAVA应用系统的日常运维，部署，监控，故障排查与修复，保障系统稳定运行；
2.主导应用系统的开发、上线，版本管理，环境搭建与优化；
3.负责应用服务器（如Tomcat、WebLogic、Nginx、Docker等）、数据库（如MySQL、Oracle,SQL Server等）的安装、配置、调优和维护；
4.参与系统安全、备份、容灾等相关工作，确保数据和服务安全；
5.协助开发团队进行问题定位和性能优化，推动系统架构优化；
6.根据需求文档完成高质量的代码编写、单元测试和文档编写；
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2.3年以上JAVA（熟悉主流开发框架（如Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis等）/Android开发经验，
3.熟悉面向对象设计思想，具备良好的编程习惯和代码规范；
4.熟悉Linux操作系统，能够独立进行系统管理和故障排查；
5.熟悉常见中间件（如Tomcat、Nginx、Redis、Kafka、Docker等）的部署与维护；
6.熟悉MySQL、Oracle等主流数据库的安装、配置、备份与恢复；
7.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，责任心强，有良好的学习能力和上进心，能承受一定工作压力；
8.解前后端分离开发模式，具备一定的前端基础（如HTML、JavaScript、Vue/React等）和有参与实际项目经验优先；

工作时间：早八点半-晚五点半双休，免费三餐，住宿，五险一金
