二、合规风控协同
1. 主导合作方尽职调查，确保符合PCI DSS、PSD2、AML/CFT等跨境支付监管框架
2. 协同法务团队完成合作协议风险条款审核，规避监管处罚及资金清算风险
三、资源整合与生态建设
1. 构建“银行-清算机构-技术服务商”三位一体收单网络，提升全链路支付解决方案竞争力
2. 定期输出渠道性能分析报告（含交易成功率、清算时效、费率竞争力等核心指标）
Job Requirements：
1. 经验要求
- 5年以上跨境支付/金融机构业务拓展经验，具备3个以上跨国银行或卡组织渠道签约案例
- 深度理解全球主流清算网络（SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, Fedwire等）运作机制
- 拥有跨境电商平台、跨境支付网关或国际收单机构从业背景
2. 专业能力
- 精通国际收单业务模型设计（含动态汇率结算、多币种清算路径优化）
- 掌握支付行业合规体系（PCI DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC）
- 具备渠道ROI量化分析能力（熟练使用SQL/Python进行交易数据建模者优先）
3. 核心技能
- 国际商务谈判能力（英文合同谈判及跨文化沟通无障碍）
- 全球Top 100支付机构决策层人脉资源
优先条件
1. 熟悉东南亚（GrabPay, Doku）、拉美（PIX, OXXO）等新兴市场本地支付生态
