岗位职责：
1、负责公司核心产品的后端开发工作，包括但不限于API设计与实现，数据库交互逻辑编写等。
2、负责后端架构的设计、实现、改进和优化。
3、设计数据结构，设计和优化数据库。
4、与前端开发人员、产品经理及其他部门协作，确保项目按时高质量完成。
5、快速定位并解决线上系统出现的问题，保证服务稳定运行。
6、编写清晰的技术文档，包括但不限于接口文档、使用手册等，便于团队理解和后续维护。

职位要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科学历，1年及以上Python web开发经验。
2、具有Django/FastAPI/Flask框架的开发经验，具备优秀的代码风格，具备RESTful API设计和实现经验。
3、熟悉关系型数据库（如MySQL、PostgreSQL）及NoSQL数据库（如MongoDB、Redis）的设计与优化，了解数据库性能优化技巧及SQL调优。
4、熟练使用Git进行代码版本控制，熟悉Linux操作系统的基本命令和工具。
5、有AWS云使用经验优先；有广告业务系统开发经验优先。
