4、跨部门协同与资源整合：统筹协调程序、美术、运营等相关部门，主导解决项目推进中的重大痛点与难点，把控开发进度与落地质量。
5、数据驱动与持续迭代：关注市场动态及核心用户诉求，指导团队通过数据回溯与回归分析，对设计和优化的系统进行持续迭代。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，8年以上游戏策划经验，至少有2年以上团队管理经验，有完整且成功的重度游戏研发及上线经验。
2、具有极强的系统思考与全局分析能力，能够深刻洞察游戏底层逻辑，并产出完善的战略级解决方案。
3、拥有卓越的项目管理、沟通协调能力以及抗压能力，能够有效驱动多部门协同作战。
4、敏锐的市场嗅觉和用户洞察力，对当前主流商业化游戏模型有深刻的拆解和认知。
5、热爱游戏，自我驱动力强，并能以出色的领导力感染和带动团队持续打磨高品质产品。
