1) 负责工厂端品质异常的主导处理，提升工厂品质水平。
2) 负责QA抽检不良的复判。
3) 负责工厂异常的反馈与跟进，包括来料不良反馈SQE改善，制程不良反馈工厂改善，设计不良反馈研发改善，并做好相关记录跟进。
4) 负责产线异常的初步分析，判定不良类型是来料/制程/设计。
5) 负责监督工厂ECO的执行。
6) 负责监控工厂工艺文件的执行。
7) 负责统计工厂月度品质状况报表及对其绩效考核。
8) 负责跟进ODE客户的审厂事宜。
9) 负责外购成品的品质管控。
