岗位职责：
1.负责基于内部AI开发平台或第三方AI框架，对企业内部AI Agent、知识库应用制定技术方案与开发实现，包括RAG全流程、Agent/工作流编排、插件工具开发与调用、多Agent协同等
2.负责建立AI应用相关的文档解析与处理流水线，处理各类型文档，确保文档中各类图-表-文内容语义能被大模型完整索引与关联
3.负责构建AI应用广场聚合各类AI应用，并支持在其他平台或应用中被调用
4.负责推进AI应用的工程化能力，如CI/CD、日志监控、性能优化等
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，3 年及以上 Python 开发经验，熟练掌握 Django / Flask 等 Web 框架；熟悉多线程、异步编程、协程等技术
2.丰富的Python文档解析经验，熟练使用常见解析/清洗工具
3.熟悉MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB等数据库、 Redis 缓存、消息队列；理解 API 设计（REST/GraphQL/或 gRPC）、OAuth2/OIDC 与 RBAC
4. 具备基础前端能力，掌握JavaScript/HTML/CSS，了解 Vue / React 等框架，能完成简单页面/组件对接
5.理解LLM、RAG、Agent的基本原理，具备AI经验者优先，如Transformers、LangChain/LangGraph实战、RAG/Agent应用开发、AI应用集成等
