岗位职责：
1. 负责公司内部爬虫系统平台的开发与维护，设计和实现高性能，高并发的分布式爬虫系统，支持大规模数据采集。
2. 参与系统的可观测性建设，基于主流监控工具（如 Prometheus、Grafana）实现日志、性能监控和故障分析，提升系统稳定性和可维护性。
3. 参与数据处理流程的开发，优化数据处理与存储流程，确保数据的高效性和可靠性。
4. 参与开发和对接三方平台API以及多端数据采集。

任职要求

1. 大学本科学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上后端开发经验，熟练使用 Python 进行服务端开发。
2. 熟练使用 Django 和 DRF 开发 RESTful API，熟悉 Celery 和 RabbitMQ 的异步任务处理，具备分布式系统开发经验。
3. 熟悉 MySQL、PostgreSQL、Redis 等数据库/缓存技术，了解常见存储引擎的原理及优化方法。
4. 具有一定的爬虫开发经验，熟悉 Requests 库、HTTP/HTTPS 协议，了解常见反爬机制（如滑块验证、Cookies 认证等）。
5. 了解可观测性相关技术（如 Prometheus，Grafana），有相关实践经验者优先。
6. 具备良好的编程习惯、问题分析与解决能力，以及优秀的沟通和团队协作能力。
