Job Purpose：
The primary purpose of this position is to be the prime interface between Micromax business its customers fefficient timely handling of all customerders, inquiries, questions, complaints problems.

Job Responsibilities：
1. Primary point of contact freceiving processing customer domestic/export purchaseders by email, performsder entry activities following defined procedures guidelines.
2. Responsible finquiry &der handling process from beginning to end, including delivery instruction logistics control.
3. Monitors opender status alerts to take appropriate actions where necessary to promote on-time delivery to the customer promise date.
4. Establishes sound business relationships with customers by consistently delivering professional, quality service that is superito the competition work closely with sales team to attain customer satisfaction.
5. Interacts with various partner functions such as Sales team, Supply Chain, logistics, Finance, external warehouses to ensure that the customers’ requirements are understood commitments are met.
6. Adheres to all corporate policies, procedures legislative requirements advises management of adoption and/deviations to policies guidelines to reflect circumstances within the customer service area.
7. Provides back-up support to other members in group in the performance of job duties as required.

Job Requirements：
1. Bacheldegree, with majin international trade, logistics etc.
2. Over 3 years relevant working experience. Well understthe trading business model sufficient international trade knowledge is highly preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal communication skills to link different departments deliver the result.
4. Proactive be able to work under pressure.
5. Wellganized good documentation skills.
6. Good English skills including speaking writing.
7. Good computer application skill, SAP experience is preferred.
