职位内容：
1.追踪全球电竞产品趋势、职业赛事装备动态及竞品策略，通过玩家访谈、社区蹲守、数据分析等方式，精准捕捉核心玩家在操作手感、性能参数、外观设计等方面的痛点需求。
2.制定产品Roadmap ，明确产品定位与差异化卖点，主导核心硬件指标定义，撰写完整产品需求文档（PRD）。
3.跨团队协同协作，把控产品开发关键环节，平衡性能、成本与交付周期，解决开发过程中的技术与生产难题。
4.配合市场团队输出产品核心卖点与培训资料，支撑营销推广与评测合作；跟踪产品上市后销售数据、玩家反馈及可能的品控问题，持续推进产品迭代与功能升级。
5.对接优质硬件供应链资源，把控零部件选型、打样测试与量产质量；联动电竞选手进行产品共创，同步行业技术创新与玩家需求变化。

任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，1 年以上产品经理相关经验，至少拥有 1 款产品（硬件 / 平台 / 工具类）完整生命周期落地案例。
2.电竞爱好者，了解电竞行业生态、赛事体系及玩家圈层文化。
3.优秀的跨团队沟通与协调能力，能清晰传递产品愿景，推动多方达成共识，抗压性强，适应行业快速变化节奏。
4.英语良好，能对接全球产品团队或海外合作项目者优先。
优先条件
1.有电竞硬件、赛事平台或玩家社区产品经验者优先。
2.具备电竞行业资源，熟悉职业战队、赛事运营或直播平台合作模式者优先。
