护士护理内科护士职位描述：一、岗位职责1、负责入住老人日常健康照护，定时监测体温、血压、血糖等生命体征，做好数据记录与台账归档，规范书写交接班记录、护理文书。2、严格执行医嘱，完成给药、输液、换药、导尿、吸痰、压疮护理等基础护理操作，做好老人药品管理、分发与不良反应观察。3、协助完成老人入院健康评估，制定个性化护理方案，针对高血压、糖尿病、脑卒中、失智症等老年常见病做好专项照护。4、及时处置老人突发不适、跌倒、噎食等应急情况，熟练开展心肺复苏（）等急救操作，*时间上报医生并配合救治。5、为老人及家属提供健康宣教、心理安抚，指导护理员规范操作，配合完成膳食、康复等协同照护工作，维护良好医患关系。6、落实院感防控要求，做好护理器械、病房区域消毒消杀，严守护理安全与医疗规范，杜绝护理差错。二、任职要求1、护理相关专业大专及以上学历，持有有效护士执业证并完成注册，护师及以上职称优先录用。2、1年及以上临床护理或老年护理工作经验，应届生需有相关实习经历，熟悉老年专科护理与应急流程者优先。3、具备扎实的护理操作技能，掌握老年常见病护理、用药规范、急救技能，细心严谨、责任心极强。4、有爱心、耐心与同理心，善于沟通安抚老人情绪，能适配轮班、夜班、节假日值班工作节奏。5、身体健康，无不良嗜好，遵守养老院各项规章制度，具备良好的团队
