3、参与完善安全管理制度、安全技术规程、安全检查标准、安全生产事故应急预案，并监督检查落实情况。
二、任职要求
1、熟悉国家安全生产方针、政策、法律、法规。
2、熟悉HAZOP、JSA等安全风险评估和分析。
3、持注册安全工程师、注册消防工程师或持有安全管理人员证书。
4、从事化工生产工作两年以上优先。
