岗位职责：
1、根据公司产品，负责拓展、筛选符合公司调性、具备商业合作价值达人，制定达人合作方案并与其达成带货合作，对销量负责；
2、根据公司发展战略及销售目标，负责开拓对接抖音、小红书等平台达人和机构资源，做好资源的争取与配合，并与主播和机构建立良好的长期合作关系:
3、记录并分析合作达人数据，确定直播时间和资源，做好直播前期准备和配合工作，直播时跟进进程，复盘分析直播数据，为后续直播商务洽谈提供参考；
4、根据对达人带货数据、粉丝画像进行分析和筛选，协助产品部门对接达人团队开发和改进产品；
5、完成领导交代的其他工作。

任职要求
1、大专以上学历，有3年以上达人开发对接经验，有功能性食品、保健品类目达人对接开发经验优先，有商务沟通、维护等方面经验优先；
2、熟悉抖音直播平台的各种玩法，有良好的数据分析能力，对达人选取，抖音等平台推广销售有方法论和成功案例;
3、工作以效率和结果为导向，有很强的工作判断力、执行力、自我驱动力和自我管理能力，能主动承担各类工作，有较强的应变能力;
4、具备一定达人合作资源，熟悉合作机制，有较强的商务谈判经验，自带达人和MCN机构资源者优先。
