工作职责：
1、全程负责临床试验项目的组织、计划、实施、执行，确保项目按照试验方案和公司标准操作程序进行，做好全过程的质量控制；
2、负责筛选和管理临床试验中心和相关供应商，准备相应预算、合同等文件，并确保在合同签订、付费等相关流程的准确及合规；
3、负责管理并解决责任项目发生的一切与临床研究有关的问题；
4、负责公司各相关职能部门、公司与供应商和/或研究中心之间的协调沟通，确保试验高效执行；
5、协助项目的内部稽查和质量控制，确保各项目的临床试验严格按照国家法规、临床试验方案及公司SOP进行；
6、协助参与制定临床试验方案、临床试验总结、审核，组织临床会议等；
7、参与临床方案实施过程所涉及注册申报的相关文件撰写及信息跟进提供；
8、负责协调研究团队的相关培训、监查报告的审阅、研究相关文档管理等。

任职要求：
1、临床医学专业、药学或生物医学相关专业，本科或以上学历，3年以上工作经验；
2、熟悉药品注册管理办法、GCP法规以及有关临床研究的相关法规；
3、具有完整项目管理经验者优先考虑；
4、熟悉PM或CRA工作流程和工作内容，能够独立督促并开展各项临床项目管理工作；
5、强烈的责任心，良好的书面及口头表达能力，协调及计划执行能力，具备较强的独立工作能力及团队合作精神；
6、良好的英文阅读写作能力。
