ACCOUNTABILITY
1.Purchasing Execution
Lead procurement-to-pay (P2P) process, incl. daily purchasing requisitions, request fquotation (RFQ), purchaseder (PO) placement, delivery follow-up, defective parts return payment reconciliation. Ensure continuous material supply, manage urgent deliveries, fully support production schedule fulfillment customer delivery commitments.
2.Risk Management
Identify monitdelivery risks proactively, e.g. potential de-commitment caused by supplier Rosenberger Global plant production, capacity bottlenecks, product changes, logistics pickups, any other issues that may arise during the fulfillment process. As well as high-risk materials including single-source items those with long lead times. Mobilize all necessary resources to secure procurement delivery. supply continuity.
3.Supplier Delivery Performance Management
Manage supplier delivery performance, coordinate with SQE Strategic Commodity to address supplier-related issues such as material quality, capacity, deviations etc.
4.Cost-down Inventory Controlling
Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities at the execution level within the framework of annual cost-down target. Assist in controlling inventory levels through effective purchasing analysisder strategies.
5.Compliance Continues Improvement
Ensure all purchasing activities are compliant with IATF 16949 supporting customer audit. Accurately timely execute operations via ERP, continuously optimize purchasing execution processes. Lead the operational application of relevant systems manage the accuracy of master data.
6.Team Management Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage develop the Operational Purchasing team (Automotive). Serve as the key interface with the Rosenberger HQ oversea plants fcomponents, collaborating efficiently with Business Area, Planning, Logistics, Quality Finance to resolve daily operational issues.
REQUIREMENT
Education Professional Background:
-Bachelors degree in supply chain, international trade other relevant major
-Min. 5 years management role of purchasing supply chain, preferably planning experience/automotive industry
-Substantial practical experience coupled with proficient knowledge
-Excellent data analysis skills, Excel Power BI etc.
-Be familiar with ERP system e.g., Infor, SAP
