职位描述：
1、使⽤C#语⾔进⾏后端服务的开发、维护和优化；
2、负责半导体设备与⼚务系统（MES / CIM / AMHS）的⾃动化连线、资料传输与整合测试；
3、开发与维护 EAP（Equipment Automation Program）系统，确保设备能正确回报⽣产资料并执⾏⾃动控制；
4、依据 SEMI SECS/GEM、HSMS、EDA (Interface A) 等国际标准，进⾏设备通讯协定设计与实作；
5、协助设备整合上线、Recipe 下载、Alarm/Event 处理、状态回报等功能开发；
6、⽀援现场EAP系统安装、测试与异常问题排除；
7、与MES、CIM、IT及设备⼯程团队合作，确保⾃动化系统稳定运作；
8、撰写技术⽂件、维护开发纪录与操作⼿册。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，通讯⼯程、电⼦⼯程、⾃动化相关专业；
2、熟练使⽤C#语⾔，有三年实际项⽬开发经验；
3、熟悉SEMI SECS/GEM、HSMS通讯协定；
4、了解MES / CIM / AMHS 系统架构尤佳；
5、具备半导体设备⾃动化整合或EAP开发经验者佳；
6、具备良好的沟通能⼒与跨部⻔协作精神；
7、有实际EAP软体开发或SECS/GEM Driver开发经验；
8、熟悉CIM Framework（如 Mirle、Edgecross、MKS、AIC等）者佳；
9、了解半导体制程设备；
10、有分布式、⾼并发、⾼性能、⾼可⽤系统的设计开发经验；
11、熟悉Web开发技术，了解HTTP协议和RESTful API设计；
12、注重代码质量，有良好的Test Driven习惯；
13、了解数据库基本原理，熟悉Mongodb、Postgres或类似数据库的使⽤。
14、具备良好的团队合作精神和问题解决能⼒。
