二、岗位职责

1. 负责木雕产品全渠道开发与拓展，挖掘经销商、代理商、高端家居卖场、文化机构、政企礼品采购等优质渠道资源，搭建完善的渠道销售网络；

2. 制定年度、季度渠道销售计划与策略，明确渠道销售目标，推动渠道伙伴达成销量指标，确保公司整体销售任务完成；

3. 维护核心渠道合作伙伴关系，定期开展沟通对接，解决合作中的各类问题，提供产品培训、营销支持等服务，提升渠道粘性；

三、任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、文化产业管理等相关专业优先，年龄25-45岁，男女不限；

2. 3年以上高端工艺品、家居建材、非遗产品或文化礼品行业渠道销售经验，具备成熟的渠道资源（经销商、政企客户、文化机构等）者优先；
