岗位职责：
1.根据公司发展战略要求，制定公司新产品发展路线和运营模式；
2.产品需求收集和分析，制定产品规划和策略；
3.负责编写产品需求书，定义产品形态、功能、包装、成本、指标。
4.负责产品硬件选型、器件选型确认、技术方案评估、产品开发进度管理、推进产品研发和量产工作，协助研发验证测试；
5.寻找评估合适供应商，完成产品导入，协调研发、测试、运营、设计等内外部资源，保证产品按计划上线，对产品*终效果负责；
6.产品生命周期管理，并推动和跟踪产品的研发过程（打样、测试、交付等），保证产品质量，对*终产品进行确认；
7.协同生态链公司，沟通并解决研发生产中可能产生的问题，保证项目顺利进行；
8.负责产品上线后的跟踪优化和产品分析，制定版本优化计划并跟进实施；
9.产品卖点销售特性开发，编制产品说明书和安装维护文档。

任职要求：
1.具备智能硬件方案设计经验，拥有但不限于智慧楼宇产品、智能家居、智能设备、工控产品、测控产品、实时仿真与控制等相关硬件等设计、开发工作经验者优先；
2.有智能硬件ODM/OEM厂商开发和技术管理经验，熟悉智能硬件从调研、规划、定义、开发到量产、上市、维护的全流程，并熟知各环节的把控要点；
3.有较强的逻辑思维能力，富有激情、创新意识强、善于独立思考、善于沟通协调、适应能力强，有一定的抗压能力；
4.具备良好的产品规划能力和文档撰写能力；
5.深入了解传感器、物联网、网络传输、智能网关、工业协议、工业控制、数据采集与控制、电子测试和仪表、边缘控制、仿真与控制等专业知识及相关硬件设备，具有实际研究应用经验，能够针对特定业务场景完成技术选型和技术方案设计；
6.熟悉硬件从无到有的完整过程，对模具、结构、电控、软件等相关技术有一定了解；
7.正规院校统招本科及以上学历，电气、自动化、通信等相关专业毕业，有物联网、工控、测控等硬件设计、研发经验者优先。
