4、具有一定的沟通协调能力，能与内部团队（如生产、技术、质量等）沟通畅通；
5、维护并拓展供应商资源，与供应商建立长期、稳定的合作关系；
6、参与供应商的谈判与合同签订，跟踪材料进度，确保供货质量与交期，并协调处理到货后的异常情况。

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，5 年以上服装面辅料采购相关工作经验；任职过面辅料企业 / 大型材料研究院开发部长、主导材料创新项目者优先；
2、精通胚布、染色专业知识，熟知面料市场行情，具备成熟优质供应商资源储备；
3、熟悉各类面辅料成本构成逻辑，擅长数据梳理分析，拥有较强成本管控意识与实操能力；
4、沟通协调、商务谈判能力突出，可高效联动内外部合作方，妥善处理各类业务问题；
5、品行正直，工作责任心强、敢于担当，可适配岗位对应的工作强度与压力。
