岗位职责：
（1）配合业务人员和设计人员完成业务和系统设计工作，参与智能体相关业务需求拆解与方案设计；
（2）根据需求完成软件系统模块设计、智能体开发、Java后端微应用开发、智能体MCP开发以及前端Vue3相关开发文档的编写；
（3）完成分配的开发任务，包括Java后端微应用开发、智能体开发、智能体MCP开发及前端Vue3相关开发工作；
（4）支撑并解决生产环境下的系统问题，包括后端微应用、智能体相关系统及前端Vue3页面的问题排查与修复；
（5）能接受短期出差，现场升级、调试系统，包括智能体相关系统、后端微应用及前端相关部署调试。

能力要求：
（1）本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业，5年以上Java后端开发经验，基础扎实，理解IO、多线程、集合等基础知识；
（2）熟练掌握常见Java开源框架，如SpringCloud、Springboot等，熟悉框架技术原理，熟悉Maven的使用，理解Maven的原理与使用技巧；
（3）熟悉微服务架构，有大型分布式、高并发、高负载系统设计开发经验及服务对接经验优先；
（4）具备智能体开发、智能体MCP开发经验，熟悉智能体相关开发逻辑与实现方式；
（5）熟练进行Java后端微应用开发，能独立完成微应用模块的设计、开发与调试；
（6）掌握前端Vue3框架，熟悉Vue3相关语法、组件开发及页面调试，能配合后端完成前后端联调工作。
