岗位描述：
1、为客户提供产品咨询、技术解决方案、现场技术支持等；包括从产品导入、调试到量产的全流程硬件及光学技术支持，解决客户在研发、测试及生产中遇到的各类技术问题；
2、为客户协调软硬件开发，协助客户完成硬件原理图、PCB Layout、光学引擎组装等方面的设计与优化，提升产品性能与良率；
3、进行客户投诉问题追踪处理，精准传递客户需求，推动产品迭代优化，及时反馈至相应部门并跟踪其进展情况；
4、参与公司产品相关硬件方案的预研与技术选型，包括但不限于光学方案、硬件方案（显示、光学、结构、散热）的评估与设计，输出可行性分析及解决方案；
5、负责公司产品与技术方案的对外宣讲、演示及技术培训，收集并分析市场及竞争对手信息，形成技术报告，为公司的产品规划与市场策略提供决策支持；
任职要求：
1、光电类相关专业，本科以上学历；3年以上工作经验；
2、具备扎实的硬件基础，熟悉模拟/数字电路，能独立分析原理图、PCB，并使用常用仪器（示波器、光谱仪等）进行调试与问题定位；
3、了解几何光学基本原理，熟悉LCoS、DLP、LBS或Micro-OLED等微显示技术之一，对显示光学方案有实际项目经验或深入理解；
4、具有良好的沟通与理解能力，责任心强，有团队精神；
5、诚实肯干、用心主动，能不断自主提高个人潜力；
6、能接收出差和短期驻外。
