岗位职责：
1.后端架构设计
（1）负责医疗AI产品的整体架构设计与核心模块开发；
（2）主导AI医疗产品的设计与实现，设计和优化高性能、可扩展的后端系统，支持大规模并发任务调度；
（3）参与医疗AI产品的全生命周期管理，包括需求分析、架构设计、性能优化、上线运维等。
（4）制定技术规范与开发流程，完成高质量代码交付。
2.大模型应用
（1）基于公司大模型和平台能力，打造领先的医疗大模型应用。
（2）与算法团队合作，结合场景基于大模型能力升级。
3.跨团队协作
（1）与前端、算法、运维团队紧密协作，推动产品快速迭代。
（2）输出技术方案与文档，确保开发流程标准化。
岗位要求：
1.教育背景：计算机科学、软件工程、生物医学工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2.工作经验：5年以上后端开发经验，有主导复杂后端系统设计的经历。有医疗行业经验优先。
3.项目经验
（1）5年以上大型分布式系统或医疗AI系统研发经验，3年以上架构设计经验；
（2）有对话、搜索等AI领域经验者优先，有大模型工程落地经验者优先。有医疗AI平台级项目经验优先。
4.专业技能
（1）熟悉Java、C++或Python编程开发语言，熟悉分布式应用架构和主流中间件技术等，熟悉性能分析和优化等；
（2）深入理解分布式系统架构，熟悉微服务、容器化（Docker/K8s）、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）等技术；
（3）有langchains、rasa对话框架等项目经验者优先；
（4）熟悉深度学习模型部署方案（如TensorRT、Triton Inference Server）；
（5）技术视野开阔，对新技术有探索和钻研精神，具有良好的学习能力、团队合作。
5.政治素养：拥护中国共产党的领导，政治立场坚定，品行端正，遵纪守法，无不良记录。具备良好的职业道德和职业操守，责任心强，作风严谨。中共党员优先。
