【岗位职责】
1.负责公司核心业务系统的后端架构设计与开发，基于 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 构建微服务系统。
2.参与系统高可用、高并发、分布式架构设计及优化。
3.负责 Redis、MQ（消息队列）等中间件的集成、使用及性能调优。
4.负责系统容器化部署与管理，熟练使用 Docker、Nginx 进行服务部署、负载均衡配置与反向代理管理。
5.负责 MySQL 数据库的设计、SQL 优化、慢查询分析、分库分表及日常维护。
6.承担系统日常运维工作，包括服务监控、日志分析、故障排查与应急响应。
7.参与技术方案评审、代码审查，保障系统稳定性与可维护性。
【岗位要求】
1.本科及以上学历，研究生及以上学历优先，计算机等相关专业。
2.5年以上相关开发及运维经验者优先。
3.精通 Java 语言，具备扎实的编程基础与多线程、JVM 调优能力。
4.精通 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 微服务体系，有实际项目落地经验优先。
5.精通 Redis、MQ（RocketMQ/Kafka/RabbitMQ 任一种），理解其核心原理与适用场景。
6.精通 Docker 容器化技术，熟悉 Nginx 的配置与调优。
7.精通 MySQL，具备数据库设计、索引优化、慢查询分析及高可用方案经验。
8.具备良好的问题排查能力与运维意识，能独立承担系统开发与日常运维工作。
9.有分布式系统、高并发项目经验者优先。
