岗位职责：
1.熟悉Unity引擎，输出场景/关卡编辑制作模版和规范；
2.把握地图中美术资源的规范性，对地图场景整体性能优化有一定的了解；
3.有一定3D场景设计经验，有良好的空间感和构图能力；具备优秀的艺术修养和美术能力，对造型、色彩、光线有深刻的理解
4.了解unity引擎特点，能根据游戏要求提出相应的场景优化方案；
5.擅长国风武侠次世代风格，参与场景模型、关卡编辑制作任务；
6.和地编接口人沟通资产规划和拆分、跟进并反馈整合资源。
7.UE亦可，需要根据项目需求分配

工作要求：
1.1-3以上年次世代工作经验，至少参与一款完整上线3D项目经验，参与过3A游戏优先
2.具备良好的自律性，安排好工作的进度，能与相关的美术及程序部门良好的沟通；
3.喜欢并热衷于各类游戏，对游戏研发充满热情，对游戏关卡设计和场景美术有较深的理解；
4.熟练掌握 MAX或MAYA、ZBrush、Substance等相关工具使用。了解 World Machine、SpeedTree等提高质量和生产力工具；
5.具备较强的学习能力，对新技术和工具流程保有热情。有较强的团队意识，对游戏研发流程和各环节配合有比较明确的认识，有较高的自我管理和任务跟进推动能力
