岗位职责：
1、系统运维与监控
负责MES/WMS系统的日常巡检、监控及维护，确保系统7x24小时稳定运行。
定期检查系统性能，及时发现并解决潜在问题，预防系统故障。
2、故障排查与解决
快速响应并处理MES/WMS系统相关故障，进行根本原因分析，制定预防措施；提供技术支持，解决用户在使用MES/WMS系统中遇到的问题。
3、系统优化与升级
参与MES/WMS系统的性能优化、功能升级及补丁安装；协助开发团队进行系统功能的测试与部署。
4、用户培训与支持
为生产部门及其他相关用户提供MES/WMS系统操作培训和技术支持；编写系统操作手册、故障处理指南等文档。
5、数据管理与备份
负责MES/WMS系统数据的备份、恢复及安全管理，确保数据完整性与安全性；监控数据库性能，优化数据存储与访问效率。
6、跨部门协作
与生产、工艺、质量等部门密切合作，理解业务需求，提供系统解决方案；
参与新项目上线支持，确保MES/WMS系统与其他系统（如ERP、SCADA等）的集成稳定。

任职要求：
1. 学历与经验
本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、自动化、电子信息工程或相关专业；至少3年以上MES/WMS系统运维或相关领域工作经验，有制造业背景者优先。
2. 技术能力
熟悉MES/WMS系统架构、模块功能及业务流程；掌握SQL语言，具备数据库（如SQL Server、Oracle等）管理及优化经验；了解网络基础、服务器配置及操作系统（Windows/Linux）的日常维护；具备JAVA开发经验者优先；有MES/WMS系统项目实施或升级经验者优先；具备PMP认证者优先。
3. 软技能
具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，能在压力下快速响应；良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与不同部门有效合作；具备较强的学习能力和主动性，能持续跟踪MES/WMS技术发展。
4. 其他要求
能适应制造业环境，需要配合生产安排进行加班或值班。
