岗位职责：
1、负责公司质量管理体系的建设、运行与持续改进；组织公司日常内部审核，协调内部应对监管部门以及公告机构的外部审核，飞行检查审核等，跟进不符合项目的整改及关闭；
2、管理维护公司质量文件体系有效更新，并监督执行，统筹文控管理；
3、管理维护供应商质量体系，供应商定期审核评价和日常供应商质量问题处理；
3、管理实施客户投诉、不良事件监测的快速反应及通报机制，负责偏差、质量问题、纠正预防措施的闭环处理；
4、监督产品变更流程中的质量要求、问题分析和验证；
5、上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，医疗器械、生物医学、质量管理等相关专业毕业；
2、3年及以上同岗位工作经历，熟悉医疗器械质量管理体系，具有有源医疗器械、体外诊断试剂产品的质量管理或流程控制经验，有MDR/IVDR经验优先；
3、熟悉并运用主要的质量工具，有丰富的CAPA 纠正预防措施关闭经验，良好的沟通交流和文字能力；
