岗位职责：
1）冲压工艺规划及报价：产品可行性分析，冲压工艺规划，冲压产品报价相关技术工作(利用率核算，工序规划，模具费用，表面处理或者特殊工艺识别等。分析零件，制定SE方案分析确认、输出问题项；
2）开发阶段技术管控：工艺方案评审及问题解决，结构技术评审及问题解决，过程产品设变涉及的方案及报价更新，开发各个阶段技术问题解决。现场调试阶段技术问题识别、方案确认、实施推进；
3）验收技术支持：保证验收达成设计阶段的技术指标，完成技术档案管理，交接工程并完成过渡跟踪阶段。
4）技术改进及上级领导交办的其他事项：完成开发案例归集及技术改进工作，完成模具改动或产品设变的技术支持及档案整理工作，配合完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1）大专以上学历，30-45岁，机械、模具等相关专业优先。
2）精通使用catia及autoform能够对外板及车身内板、梁类产品进行成型分析和回弹模拟。
3）5年以上汽车白车身铝材及钢板冲压工艺经验，对冲压件、焊接件、模具等行业有丰富的经验，熟悉汽车行业生产工艺。
4）有相关外覆盖件有3年冲压工艺相关的工作经验。
5）熟练设计多工位、高强钢、普板、铝板及部分外板等产品冲压工艺；
6）熟练掌握Office等软件。
7）具有英语沟通能力.
