This is the job
As SeniSocial Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible fsupporting our supply chain CSR daily operations to ensure responsible sourcing in our supply chain, support on company development too. You will report to the Sustainability Social Compliance Manager at our Shanghai Office.
Responsibilities
61 Identify the key CSR risk areas by collating, managing analyzing data retrieved from systems.
61 Responsible fmanaging 3rd party audit companies, grading them ensure they are doing audits according to FTC requirements.
61 Responsible fmonitoring suppliers’ performance raising up warnings of low performed suppliers.
61 Responsible freviewing audit reports following up audit CAPA.
61 Ensure the audits are carried out according to the plan. Key contact window to suppliers, 3rd parties, internal teams on CSR audit.
61 Organize supplier competence improvement activities.
61 Collaborate with internal external stakeholders on CSR audit follow ups.
61 Identify other CSR initiatives in China supply chain.
61 Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
61 Bachelor’s degree above
61 More than 10 years relevant work experience from both a 3rd party a brand
61 Hands on experience on CSR audit is a must
61 In depth knowledge in the area of social compliance
61 Familiar with BSCI, SA8000, Sedex, ICTI
61 Good at data analysis, sensitive to systems
61 Trainer experience will be a plus
61 Proficient in English bothal written
61 Self-motivated be able to take initiatives on CSR topics
61 Be with high sense of integrity
61 Travel is not required
As a person you must be passionate, efficient, proactive detailiented with high sense of integrity. You are used to work under short deadlines, act communicate professionally with a positive attitude team-player mindset – also during busy periods.
