This is the job
As Product Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible four Product Compliance daily operations to ensure a secured responsible sourcing in out supply chain, supplier management support on company development too. You will report to the Product Compliance Manager at our Shanghai Office.
Responsibilities
• Has strong knowledge on chemicals, raw materials certifications such as GRS FSC.
• Hands on experience with evaluating of certificates - GRS, RCS, Transaction certificates etc.
• Responsible fproduct BOM evaluation, guide give training to suppliers on how to fill out BOM in correct way.
• Initiate, execute lead technical evaluations fsuppliers to prevent compliance risks.
• Has strong knowledge of EU regulations on Toys Electronics products.
• Responsible finitiating product testing plan, evaluating test reports, providing technical guidance to suppliers.
• Responsible fproviding technical consulting to product development EU&ROW team.
• Coordinate work with DK product compliance team to ensure products are fulfilled with FTC‘s requirements.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
• As Product Compliance Coordinator, you hold a bachelor’s degree in chemistry/materials and/minimum 3 years relevant work experience from buying office.
• Proficient in English bothal written.
• Has knowledge experience on toy electronic products.
• Constant improvement mindset way of working, details resultsiented.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office 365(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skill customer-oriented & strong team spirit.
As a person you must be passionate, efficient, proactive detailiented with high sense of integrity. You are used to work under short deadlines, act communicate professionally with a positive attitude team-player mindset – also during busy periods.
