【岗位职责】：
1、负责AI领域的软件工程化和产品开发；
2、负责AI算法及系统的设计和实现
3、负责产品的集成和调测；
4、持续调研*新技术发展方向，并适时应用于新产品的开发；
5、参与公司AI基础架构的核心竞争力构建，包括AI系统在训练推理过程中的性能、集群规模、集群可用性、开发易用性方面提升，推动公司产品在行业客户核心业务中的落地和优化；
6、负责公司安排的其他支撑工作。
【任职要求】
一、硬性要求
1. 编程基础:精通 Python，熟悉科学计算库（NumPy/PyTorch/等）；熟练使用 C/C++，具备代码开发与优化能力。
2. 音视频算法经验:熟悉常用音视频处理框架（FFmpeg、opencv等）；了解音视频增强算法（降噪/超分/增强/分离等）其中任意方向都可以。
3. 大模型工程能力：有大模型训练/微调经验（如LoRA、P-Tuning），熟悉 Hugging Face /modelscope等生态；掌握至少一种推理框架（TensorRT、OpenVINO、ONNX Runtime 或自研框架）的部署优化；了解模型压缩技术（量化、剪枝、知识蒸馏）及性能分析工具。
4. 系统能力：熟悉 Linux 开发环境，掌握多线程、多进程；有端侧（嵌入式/移动端）部署经验者优先。
二、加分项
1. 熟悉音视频大模型（如 Whisper、funasr、mp-senet、clearvoice）的微调与部署。
2. 有异构计算优化经验（CUDA、DSP 等）。
