二、岗位要求
(1)本科及以上学历，人工智能或计算机相关专业；
(2)具备扎实的机器学习知识储备，了解至少一种主流机器学习框架（如TensorFlow/PyTorch等）；
(3)拥有良好的代码风格与清晰的模块化设计能力，熟练掌握单元测试、接口设计、Git版本管理等工程化开发技能；
(4)熟悉Linux操作系统，具备基本的系统调试能力，能独立处理网络、进程、cgroups、namespace等相关问题；
(5)熟悉容器技术原理，理解Docker或containerd的运行机制、镜像构建方式及容器生命周期管理，能应对容器化过程中的基础技术问题。
三、加分技能
(1)理解大模型原理，具有大模型训练、推理或应用相关实践经验，熟悉大模型算力调度优化者优先；
(2)拥有云原生相关项目实战经验，对云原生生态有深入认知有限；
