Responsibility:
1.Take over steel/forging heat treatment suppliers quality management.
2.Drive supplier quality performance continuous improvement take over responsible suppliers daily management.
3.Responsible fsuppliers target setting, lead to sign quality assurance agreement with suppliers, regularly monitsuppliers quality performance work with suppliers to define comprehensive improvement plan.
4.Participate supplier VDA6.3 audit with commodity engineers, supplier assessment development.
5.Manages supplier quality incidents with relevance across different businesses in the Commodity.
6.Cooperation with commodity engineer team, oversea colleagues fquality policy execution alignment.
7.Responsible fincoming inspection plan setup maintenance both fsample mass production parts.
Qualification:
1.Metallographic knowledge experience is required, steel standard knowledge is required.
2.Familiar with supplier audit, be able to identify suppliers potential improvement opportunities weak points.
3.Technical capability of product failure analysis.
4.Familiar with quality tools, such as 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP etc.
5.Good data analysis skills.
6.Good communication skill both inal writing in English.
7.Gear machining experience is preferred.
