1、账户优化:根据公司产品，能够独立搭建账户，针对性的选择关键词，撰写创意并合理的搭建百度，360，神马和搜狗账户(推广计划，单元，关键词，创意的物料搭建)，不断优化账户和落地页，获取更多的客户；
2、排名监控:实时关注广告效果报告，监控重点关键词的排名，并根据竞争对手的推广模式调整出价，保证所有排位稳定性；
3、数据整理:以日，周，月为单位完成常规竞价数据报表的统计，并定期做数据分析及时调整竞价推广策略。要求:按照规定完且保证数据的准确性和有效性；
4、持续优化:以数据为导向制定推广优化方案并执行。及时关注市场动态和竞争对手，并提出合理建议及应对措施；
5、总结分析：以周、月为单位进行总结分析，制定下一步推广计划，提升推广效果。
岗位任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，市场营销、计算机、电子商务、信息技术等相关专业优先；
2、两年以上独立操作账户经验，月消费10w+优先；
3、熟练掌握百度、360、搜狗及神马等竞价后台的管理与操作，关键词的总结与分析；
4、统计每日的消费、流量，并优选关键词，竞价流量分析，评估各搜索引擎竞价流量效果并提出改进方案；
5、良好的学习能力，极强的执行力、高度的责任感和团队协作意识。
所学专业要求
电子商务、信息技术等相关专业优先。
