岗位职责：
1. 独立完成Web端全栈软件的设计、开发、测试及上线维护工作；

3. 参与大型分布式系统架构设计，完成模块/子系统级技术方案输出与文档编写；
4. 在国产化信创环境下完成系统开发、部署及兼容性适配，解决芯片、操作系统、中间件、数据库等层面的技术问题；
5. 对复杂遗留系统进行代码重构与优化，提升系统可维护性与扩展性；
6. 参与DevOps体系建设，使用Git、Jenkins、Docker、K8s等工具实现持续集成与交付。

任职要求：
1. 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 10年以上Java后端开发经验，具备大型分布式系统实战经验；
3. 精通Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流框架，熟悉微服务、消息队列、缓存、分布式事务等技术；
4. 具备扎实的系统架构能力，能独立完成模块/子系统级设计；
5. 有国产化信创环境开发与部署经验，熟悉主流国产芯片、操作系统、中间件及数据库的兼容性问题与解决方案；
6. 能快速阅读、理解并重构复杂遗留系统代码，具备良好的代码抽象与工程化思维；
7. 熟悉DevOps流程，掌握Git、Jenkins、Docker、K8s等工具链者优先；
8. 具备强烈的责任心与事业心，能承受高强度工作压力；
9. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能有效推动跨团队协作；
10. 有团队管理或技术 mentorship 经验，乐于分享与赋能他人。
