1.统筹镁合金熔炼、压铸、精加工全厂区安全生产、环保、消防、职业健康全流程管理，落实镁合金易燃易爆、粉尘涉爆、危废、废水废气等专项管控；
2. 建立健全安环管理制度、应急预案，主导镁合金燃爆、炉体泄漏等专项应急演练、隐患闭环整改；
3. 对接应急管理局、生态环境局、消防、安监等政府部门，完成环评、排污许可、危废备案、安全标准化、双重预防机制等年审及核查；
4. 负责全员三级安全教育、特种作业人员持证管理，监督动火、受限空间、高空等高危作业审批；
5. 跟进环保在线监测、危废储存转运、废气废水治理设备运维管控，落实职业卫生检测、员工职业病体检管理。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，安全 / 环境 / 消防 / 冶金相关专业，持注册安全工程师证书；
2. 5 年以上镁合金、有色金属铸造 / 压铸行业安环管理实操经验，熟知镁合金粉尘防爆、熔炼防火、危废环保管控重难点；
3. 熟练掌握安全生产、环保、消防、危废、职业健康相关法律法规与属地监管要求；
4. 擅长现场隐患排查整改、体系搭建、政府部门对接及应急处置，沟通统筹能力突出；
