3.熟练掌握jvm，web开发、缓存，分布式架构、消息中间件等核心技术，拥有大数据量的系统开发经验者优先考虑；
4.良好的编码习惯，能承受较大的工作压力；
5.较强的学习能力和解决问题的能力。
